Week in review...
And yes, I know that it is only Tuesday. I'm actually not going to post anything about my week here and now. It would throw some people under the bus and as much as I want to do that at times, I know that's not my job. But it does bring me to my purpose for writing this. So many times I read friends blogs and they start something like this "10 things that made me happy this week"...is it wrong to post about the million things that make me sad, or upset or depressed? I know, that's not what people want to read about, but that's life. It's not all puppies and sunshine. I guess that I just have to suffer through this alone, because it's not polite or nice to share in a public forum.

I love you, sweet lady! Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you're having a rough time. I wish I could help...let me throw out my two cents :D
ReplyDeleteSometimes it is good to make a list of the things that are making you mad, upset, and depressed. It can be good to vent, validate your feelings, and maybe get advice. I think for the most part it only bothers other people when it is the only thing someone ever blogs about or posts somewhere and still want or even expect people to read it. And sometimes expressing the things that upset you can help us as your friends understand what you're going through and possibly help.
I personally post the things that make me happy because I feel like I have nothing else to blog about, but still want to. AND I find myself needing to find the things that make me happy to continue to cope with the lack of babies. It is important to remember how happy I am even though I can't have kids. I can't let myself be someone who can't enjoy life because I can't have kids, and sometimes if I don't focus on the positive it becomes a little bit too easy to start becoming that person.
Sorry for the longest comment ever! I love you and can't wait to see you!
There are always private ways to vent if you need too. You know my email...
ReplyDeleteDid I know you had a blog?! Now I do and I'm adding it to my list. I'm all caught up on your life now. I love the pics from your Grand Canyon hike. You guys really our my mountain people friends.
